Hari Bhardwaj | Founding Partner

Hari Bhardwaj founded, and manages, HB Law.

Hari brings over 15 years of experience from top tier global law firms and highly reputed multinational companies across India and the United Kingdom: Reliance Industries Limited and Infosys Limited in India, and Linklaters LLP and JP Morgan Asset Management in the United Kingdom, where he had also served in several senior legal and governance roles. Most recently, he was a partner at a Chambers-listed technology focussed law firm in India. He is qualified to practice law in India, where he is registered with the Karnataka State Bar Council.

Hari has a BA, LL B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India’s top ranked legal institution, where he had served as the Joint Convenor of the Legal Services Clinic. He also has an M Sc in Law and Finance with a dissertation on Corporate Governance in India from the University of Oxford, ranked among the world’s top universities for law, where he had also served as an Associate Editor with the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. He is accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), London, a leading alternative dispute resolution service provider specialising in conflict resolution.
